Shareholders are advised that there is a typographical error in the notice of
annual general meeting contained in the annual report of the company for the
year ended 31 August 2010. The annual general meeting of the company shall be
held at the office of the company, being 62 Kyalami Boulevard, Kyalami Office
Park, Johannesburg, at 10h00 on Thursday, 27 January 2011.
