annual general meeting included in the 2010 annual report, contains an incorrect
date in that it refers to the annual general meeting to be held on 22 October
2010 instead of 11 February 2011. Shareholders may obtain corrected proxy forms
from the company`s website (www.seakay.co.za) or from the company`s transfer
secretaries, Link Market Services (Pty) Limited, 11 Diagonal Street,
Johannesburg. Proxy forms received, which contain the incorrect date as
detailed above, will be accepted in respect of the annual general meeting.
