RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND GENERAL MEETING
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of Clicks Group shareholders held on Tuesday, 18
January 2011, all the ordinary resolutions and special resolution were passed by
the requisite majority of shareholders. Shareholders representing 76.0% of the
issued share capital in the Clicks Group (excluding treasury shares) were
present in person or by proxy at the meeting.
GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of Clicks Group shareholders held on Tuesday, 18 January
2011 relating to the group`s broad-based black economic empowerment transaction,
all the ordinary and special resolutions were passed by the requisite majority
of shareholders. Shareholders representing 76.7% of the issued share capital in
the Clicks Group (excluding treasury shares) were present in person or by proxy
at the meeting.
The special resolutions will be lodged with CIPRO for registration in due
course.
