CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors ("the board") of SilverBridge hereby
notifies its shareholders that Mr Robert Reinhardt Emslie has been appointed
as an independent non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 17
January 2011.
Robert is a Chartered Accountant. He held various positions within the ABSA
Group during a period of 21 years ending in 2008, the last of which were as
Head of ABSA Corporate and Business Bank and Head of ABSA Africa. Robert was
also a member of the ABSA Executive Committee from 2005 to 2008. He
currently holds non-executive directorships of a number of companies,
including the listed company Blue Financial Services Limited.
The board welcomes Robert and looks forward to his contribution to the
Company.
