DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - QUARTER ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2010
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited, respectively) have resolved
to make a distribution to holders of Satrix Resi securities recorded in the
register in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2010. This distribution
will:
Be an amount of 11,69 cents (R0.1169) per Satrix Resi security;
Be constituted entirely by:
- 11,13 cents in respect of dividends; and
- 0,56 cents in respect of other income;
Be made to all holders of Satrix Resi securities recorded in the register on
Friday, 31 December 2010; and
Be effected on 27 January 2011.
