DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - QUARTER ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2010
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited, respectively) have
resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix Swix Top 40 securities
recorded in the register in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2010.
This distribution will:
Be an amount of 2,24 cents (R0.0224) per Satrix Swix Top 40 security;
Be constituted entirely by:
- 2,15 cents in respect of dividends; and
- 0,09 cents in respect of other income;
Be made to all holders of Satrix Swix Top 40 securities recorded in the
register on Friday, 31 December 2010; and
Be effected on 27 January 2011.
