CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Avusa advises that Ms Yolanda Cuba has resigned as a non-executive director of
the board with effect from 17 January 2011.
The board expressed its thanks to Ms Cuba for her contribution during her tenure
on the board.
