NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 30 December
2010 and are advised that the General Meeting of shareholders will be held on
Friday, 28 January 2011 at 11h00 in Johannesburg at Arcay House II, Number 3
Anerley Road, Parktown, 2193 to consider and if deemed fit, approve the ordinary
resolution providing for a waiver by independent Shareholders, in terms of Rule
8.7 of the Securities Regulation Code on Takeovers and Mergers and the Rules of
the SRP, ("the Code"), of the requirements to make a mandatory offer in terms of
Rule 8.1 of the Code.
