Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 29 October 2010
and 09 December 2010. As detailed in the announcements, the company has moved
forward in resolving the appointment of directors and going concern issues. Both
these issues are in the process of being finalised and shareholders will be
advised accordingly in due course.
RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
