APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Keith Rayner has been appointed as an independent
non-executive director to the board of directors of JDH with immediate effect.
Keith is a South African Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience in
corporate finance, particularly with respect to listed companies. He is a member
of the JSE Limited`s ("JSE") Issuer Services Advisory Committee and is currently
assisting the Securities Regulation Panel ("SRP") with the compilation of the
regulations concerning Fundamental Transactions in the 2008 Companies Act.
The board welcomes Keith and looks forward to the contribution he will make to
