Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 30 September
2010 was dispatched on 21 January 2011 and contains no modifications to the
reviewed results published on 15 November 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Paracon will be held on Tuesday, 8 March 2011 at 10:00 at the offices of
Paracon, 24 Peter Place, Lyme Park, Sandton to conduct the business stated in
the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the annual
report.
