DIVISION OF THE SHARE CAPITAL ON A 10:1 BASIS
1. Introduction
Shareholders are referred to the results of general meeting announcement
released on SENS on 16 November 2010 and the revision of salient dates
announcement released on SENS on 9 December 2010 and are advised that the
special resolution relating to the change of name of the company from
Cenmag Holdings Limited to Capricorn Investment Holdings Limited ("the Name
Change") has now been registered by the Registrar of Companies.
2. Salient Dates and Times
The revised salient dates in respect of the Name Change and the sub-
division of the share capital on a 10:1 basis ("the Sub-Division") are set
