SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION OF $100M EQUITY FACILITY AND NEW CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Company has entered into negotiations in relation to several acquisitions
and has also negotiated an equity facility for US$100 million. Further details
of the potential acquisitions as well as full details of the term facility will
be announced next week after the newly constituted Board has met.
A more detailed announcement will be issued in due course.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a full announcement has been made.
