RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of B&W held today,
all the resolutions set out in the notice of annual general meeting were passed
by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are notified that Mr Ken Nel, an executive director, has resigned
from the board of directors of B&W with effect from 31 January 2011 but shall
remain with the company in the capacity of employee.
