CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of QPG ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Clifford Jason Kupritz has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of QPG to
pursue personal interests with effect from 20 January 2011.
The board thanks Mr Kupritz for his contribution to the company and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.
CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of QPG hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Chaim Cohen, the
Executive Chairman of QPG, will also fulfil the role of Chief Executive Officer,
effective 21 January 2011, until the process of formally appointing a new Chief
Executive Officer is finalised.
