RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF NAME
Shareholders are advised that, at EFH`s annual general meeting on Friday, 21
January 2010, all of the resolutions contained in the notice of annual general
meeting, were passed unanimously.
The special resolution relating to the change of name of the company to
Efficient Group Limited and the sharecode from "EFF" to "EFG" will be lodged
with the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office for
registration.

Last day of trade under old name on Friday, 11 February

1. The above dates and times are South African and are subject to change. Any
