CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Netcare Board of directors is pleased to
announce the appointment of Ms Thevendrie Brewer as an independent non-
executive director to the Board of Netcare, with immediate effect.
Ms Brewer is a Chartered Accountant and most recently held the position of
director at NM Rothschild & Sons (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd. She was previously
a director within Business Advisory Services at Ernst and Young as well as a
Vice President (Investment Banking) at Deutsche Bank. She has been involved in
a number of landmark transactions in the South African financial services
sector and has a wealth of experience in corporate finance.
The appointment of Ms Brewer will enhance the independence of Netcare`s Board
composition and the Board looks forward to her contribution.
