Rights Offer Finalisation Announcement Clarification
Premium linked unitholders are referred to the finalisation announcement
released on SENS on Friday, 21 January 2011 regarding Premium`s R400 million
equity capital raising by way of a partially underwritten renounceable rights
offer.
We wish to clarify that the rights offer of 26 666 667 new linked units to
qualifying unitholders at a price of 1500 cents per linked unit is in the ratio
of 20.5 rights offer units for every 100 Premium linked units held on the record
date.
