FirstRand Bank Limited, acting through its RMB division, issues an additional
150,000 units of the RMB Oil Exchange Traded Note (RMB OIL ETN). This brings
the total issue size to 200,000 units.

Issue Size 150,000 units
Denomination 1 unit at R629.00 per unit. 1 unit gives exposure
to one standard barrel of crude oil.

The Issuer Services Division of the JSE Limited ("JSE") approved the listing
of the abovementioned Exchange Traded Notes.
All members of the JSE may participate in trading which will occur according
to normal JSE Rules. Settlement will be effected electronically through
Strate. Selling Restrictions: Subject to Section H of the Exchange Control
Rulings and the relevant Pricing Supplement issued in accordance with the
FirstRand Bank Limited ZAR30,000,000,000 Note Programme.
