UPDATED TIMETABLE FOR THE PROPOSED RMBH RESTRUCTURING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Wednesday, 15
December 2010 and published in the press on Friday, 17 December 2010 regarding
the proposed RMBH restructuring.
Due to the extensive and complex nature of the documentation required,
shareholders are advised that there have been a delay in the finalisation of the
documentation pertaining to the restructuring. Consequently the circular to
RMBH shareholders and the Rand Merchant Insurance Holdings Limited ("RMI
Holdings") prelisting statement will now be posted to shareholders on Thursday,
3 February 2011.
As a result, shareholders should note the revised salient dates and times below:
