linked unitholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress, which if
successfully concluded may have an impact on the price of Growthpoint`s linked
units Accordingly, Growthpoint linked unitholders are advised to exercise
caution dealing in Growthpoint linked units until a further announcement is
made.
