CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, AFGRI announces the
following change to its Board:
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of an additional independent
non-executive director to the Board namely Ms Nyeleti Shirilele.
Ms Shirilele is the General Manager (Governance) and Group Company Secretary of
the Hollard Group. Ms Shirilele is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of
South Africa.
The Board wishes to congratulate Ms Shirilele on her appointment.
