RESIGNATION OF THE FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors of Verimark wish to inform shareholders that Mr
Jeremy Thomas has resigned as the Financial Director with effect from 28
February 2011.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Thomas for his input and contribution to the Board
during his tenure with the Company and wish him success for the future.
A suitable replacement will be appointed in due course.
