CHANGE OF NAME
SPECIAL MEETING IN RELATION TO THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE SHARE CAPITAL
Shareholders are advised that a special meeting of shareholders of BRC
DiamondCore Ltd. will be held at the offices of Macleod Dixon LLP, Toronto-
Dominion Centre, TD Waterhouse Tower, Suite 2300, 79 Wellington Street West,
Toronto, Ontario, Canada on Tuesday, 15th February 2011 at 09h00 (Toronto time)
to consider the consolidation of the issued and outstanding common shares of the
Company on a one for two basis.
CHANGE OF NAME
Shareholders are advised that the proposed change in the name of the Company to
Delrand Resources Limited (which proposed name change was authorised by
shareholders at the annual and special meeting of shareholders of the Company
held on 29 June 2010), is expected to be implemented by the Company at the same
time that the share consolidation is implemented.
Salient dates of both the consolidation and change in the name will be announced
after the results of the special meeting have been announced.
