REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD
At the 6th annual general meeting of the shareholders of Life Healthcare held
today, 27 January 2011, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the
meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
Shareholders are also advised that YZ Cuba and Dr. JPF Dalmeyer have retired
from the board of Life Healthcare, with effect from today.
