Finance Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2010, Clive Vaux,
currently Corporate Finance Director and Executive Director of the Company, has
assumed the responsibilities of Financial Director in addition to his existing
responsibilities, with effect from 1 January 2011 until the appointment of a new
Financial Director.
