Sale of shares in The Scientific Group (Pty) Ltd
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on SENS on
23 November 2010, regarding a formal sale agreement having been entered into in
respect of the Company`s 74% holding in The Scientific Group (Pty) Ltd.
Shareholders are advised that all conditions precedent to the transaction have
been met, or where appropriate waived by the purchaser. The effective date of
the transaction will be 1 February 2011. The financial effects of the
transaction are not significant.
