TRENCOR`S TEXTAINER ANNOUNCES DATE FOR RELEASE OF FOURTH QUARTER 2010 RESULTS
AND FULL YEAR RESULTS AND QUARTERLY CALL

"Hamilton, Bermuda - (Business Wire) -- Textainer Group Holdings Limited
(NYSE: TGH) ("Textainer"), the world`s largest lessor of intermodal
containers based on fleet size, today reported that it will announce results
for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2010 at 9:00 am EST on February
10, 2011.
