APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY
The board of Sea Kay is pleased to announce that Stef Greeff has been
appointed as chief financial officer and executive financial director of the
company with effect from 1 February 2011. His is a Chartered Accountant (SA)
as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Stef completed his articles at KPMG and spent seven years at Ernst & Young
Corporate Finance - eventually heading up the Equity Markets Advisory
Division. He joined the corporate finance division of Vunani Limited in 2008.
Stef has significant experience in advising predominantly listed companies on
a wide variety of assignments, including listings, mergers and acquisitions,
debt and equity capital raising, BEE transactions, valuations and fairness
opinions.
The board is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Hattingh as
company secretary. Mark is an attorney, holding B Com and LLB degrees, and
was the company secretary of Sea Kay at the time of its listing.
