RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of UCS held on
Friday, 28 January 2011, all the ordinary resolutions and special resolution
contained in the notice of annual general meeting and tabled for voting, were
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders present or represented by
proxy, without modification.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration.
