APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARDS OF CAPITEC AND CAPITEC BANK
The directors of Capitec and Capitec Bank Limited, the wholly owned banking
subsidiary of Capitec ("the companies") are pleased to announce the appointment
of Mr Markus Jooste as a non-executive director to the boards of both the
companies. Mr Jooste is the chief executive officer of Steinhoff International
Holdings Limited and as such will augment the board with his extensive
experience.
Mr Jooste`s appointment is effective today, 28 January 2011.
