CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the company`s interim results announcement dated
17 November 2010, in which the directors have stated that the Group will need
additional funding to perform on future contracts, and that the directors
would explore various options available to secure the necessary funding to
ensure that the Group has adequate resources in place.
Shareholders are advised that the company was successful in securing debt
funding and is in the process of finalising the terms of the debt facility
with the potential funder which, when successfully concluded, could affect the
price of the company`s shares.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
their shares on the JSE Limited until a further announcement is made.
