UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS REGARDING NEW APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement made by the Company on
Thursday, 20 January 2011, relating to the changes to the board of directors
of m Cubed.
Shareholders are advised, in compliance with rules 3.59 and 3.84(f) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited that the capacities of the three
newly appointed directors are as follow:
Mr. Quinton George: Chief Executive Officer;
Mr. Stephen Black: Executive Director; and
Mr. James Fitzpatrick: Executive Director.
