EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHANGES
Further to the announcement dated 24 January 2011, and in light of recent
developments, it has been agreed between the board and Andrew Chislett that
he will take an extended leave of absence in order to avoid any potential
conflicts of interest that may arise pending the outcome of the Scheme of
Arrangement between Glenrand MIB and its shareholders and the conditions
precedent to that Scheme.
In light of the above, Gordon Whitcher has been appointed as acting chief
executive officer with immediate effect.
