shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Glenrand M I B`s audited summarised results for the fifteen months
ended 30 September 2010, published on 8 December 2010, the annual report was
posted today. The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned
published audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the shareholders of Glenrand M I B will be held at
8h30 on Tuesday, 1 March 2011 in the boardroom, Ground Floor, 288 Kent Avenue,
Ferndale, Randburg to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
