RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Bauba shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement published
on 17 December 2010 and are advised that the Company is still in negotiations,
the outcome of which may have a material effect on the price of the Company`s
securities. The Company and the Vendors have mutually agreed to extend the date
to enter into the Re-instatement Agreement from 31 January 2011 to 4 February
2011.
Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
