APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
It is hereby announced that Mr. Bethuel Ngwenya has been appointed Company
Secretary of Barloworld Limited with effect from 1 February 2011. Mr. Ngwenya
takes over from Mr. Sibani Mngomezulu who has transferred to an executive
position at a subsidiary, Barloworld Equipment Africa.
