CHANGE IN BOARD MEMBERSHIP
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Dialogue Board wish to announce the resignation of Terence
Kretzmann ("Terence") from the board as Financial Director of Dialogue with
effect from 31 March 2010, after the release of the annual financial statements
of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010.
The Dialogue Board wish to thank Terence for his valued contributions and wish
him well in his future endeavours.
The Board is in the process of appointing a successor, and an announcement will
be made in due course.
