Shareholders are referred to the provisional audited results announcement for
the financial year ended 31 August 2010 released on SENS on 24 November 2010,
and are hereby advised that the company`s annual report was posted today, and
that such annual report contains no modifications to the provisional audited
results published on SENS on 24 November 2010.
Included in the annual report is the notice of Annual General Meeting of
shareholders which will be held at the company`s registered office at 10h00 on
Tuesday, 22 February 2011 in the Everest Auditorium at Block B2, Rutherford
