EXTENSION OF THE CLAYVILLE ACQUISITION FULFILMENT DATE
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 9 and 10
December 2010, where it was announced that a wholly owned subsidiary of RBA has
entered into an agreement with Clayville Garden City Housing Company
(Proprietary) Limited for the acquisition of nine properties in Clayville
Extension 28 Township for an amount of R14.5 million excluding VAT ("the
acquisition").
The agreement is subject to various conditions precedent which were required to
have been be fulfilled by 31 January 2011. In an addendum to the agreement
signed on 31 January 2011, the date by which the conditions precedent are
required to be fulfilled has been extended to 28 February 2011.
Shareholders will be notified once the transaction becomes unconditional.
