PALADIN BOARD MEMBER RESIGNS
Paladin Capital is an investment holding company managed by PSG Corporate
Services, but Paladin Capital also has a dedicated management team for its day
to day investment operations.
Francois Swart, the Chief Executive Officer, has informed the Paladin Capital
board that he will resign as director with immediate effect to join World of
Avatar an ICT company, where he will be more operationally involved.
Francois will remain with Paladin Capital until 28 February 2011 in order to
handle any administrative issues.
The board wish to thank Francois for his contribution to the Paladin Capital
team over the past years and wish him well with his future endeavours.
A further team member may be appointed in due course, in Francois`s place, and
an appropriate announcement will be made at such time.
