CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Redefine unitholders are advised that:
- Mike Flax and Redefine have agreed that, having regard to the company`s
decision to scale back on their trading and development activities, he
will resign as an executive of Redefine with effect from 1 March 2011.
Mike will remain active on the board as a non-executive director and a
member of the investment committee and the Redefine group will continue
to benefit from his skills and experience;
- Brian Azizollahoff has resigned as an executive director of Redefine
with effect from 1 March 2011 in order to pursue his own interests
within the property sector. The board thanks Brian for his many years
of service to the group and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
