CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of TCS ("the board") hereby notifies
its shareholders that Mr JM Smit has resigned as Financial Director
with effect from 31 January 2011. Mr Smit will serve out his notice
period.
The board thanks Mr Smit for his contribution to the company and wishes
him well in his future endeavours and will begin the process of
formally appointing a new financial director.
Mr Craig Whittle has been appointed as the acting Chief Financial
Officer of the company (but not as a director) with effect from 1
February 2011, until the process of formally appointing a financial
director is finalised.
