RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Following the successful completion of a transitional period since the demerger
of Capco from Liberty International PLC (now Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC)
in May 2010 and reflecting his workload as Chief Executive of Capital Shopping
Centres Group PLC, David Fischel has decided to step down from his position as a
non-executive Director of Capco with effect from 4 February 2011.
Thanking David for his contribution, Ian Durant, Chairman commented, "David made
a great contribution to the demerger and establishment of Capital & Counties
Properties PLC as a leading London property company. On behalf of the Board I
would like to thank David for his counsel since the Company`s listing."
Following David Fischel`s departure from the Board, Capco will be compliant with
provision B.1.2 of the UK Corporate Governance Code, as it will comprise the
Chairman, 4 independent non-executive Directors and 4 non-independent Directors.
