Linked unitholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Octodec
held at the registered office of the Company today, all the resolutions were
passed by the requisite majority of linked unitholders present and represented
by proxy.
The special resolution will be registered with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office in due course.
