CHANGE IN DESIGNATED ADVISER
In compliance with rule 2.6 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders of SA French are hereby advised that PSG Capital (Proprietary)
Limited has been appointed as Designated Adviser to the Company with effect from
1 February 2011.
SA French has also appointed AfrAsia Corporate Finance (Proprietary) Limited as
corporate adviser to the Company with effect from 1 February 2011.
