APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with rule 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Adv. Jacob Wiese ("Jacob")
has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company, with effect from
3 February 2011.
Jacob has obtained a BA (Value and Policy Studies) from the University of
Stellenbosch, a LLB from the University of Cape Town and a MIEM from Bocconi
University in Italy.
He is an admitted advocate of the High Court and serves as director or alternate
director on several boards of public and privately owned companies, including
Paladin Capital Limited, Shoprite Holdings Limited and Primedia Limited.
The board welcomes the appointment of Jacob and looks forward to his valued
contribution.
