APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Nampak is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mrs Veronica Nomfanelo Magwentshu as an independent, non-executive director of
Nampak with effect from 3 February 2011.
Nomfanelo, who holds a BSc (Maths and Statistics) degree from the University of
the Transkei, a BSc Honours degree in Statistics from the University of Natal,
Pietermaritzburg and an MBA from GIBS, recently joined ABSA Bank as the Group
Integration Executive. Her previous positions include Chief Operations Officer,
2010 FIFA World Cup Organising Committee South Africa, various senior positions
at South African Airways and Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank.
