UPDATE ON BOARD RESTRUCTURE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 26 January
2011 and are advised that Mr Ian Jeremy Jones` resignation as Chief Executive
Officer was received on 26 January 2011 with effect from 01 February 2011.
The appointment of Mr Anthony Barnard to the position of Chief Executive Officer
as opposed to acting Chief Executive Officer as stated in the previous SENS
announcement is thus effective from 01 February 2011.
