CLARIFICATION ON THE COMPANY SECRETARY UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT
For clarity, shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS
on 26 January 2011 and are advised that Mr Brandon Topham`s resignation as
Company Secretary and the appointment of Mr Dirk van der Merwe as Company
Secretary is with retrospective effect, meaning that the above mentioned
change is effective from 26 November 2010.
